Redesign

The identified shortcoming and issues will be discussed with the management and stake holders in the organisation and the processes will be redesigned for the ‘TO BE’ state accordingly. Implementation support- Redesigned process manual will be documented and handed over to the management and we will support the implementation function and on-going review of the functions on need basis.
