Identify- Identify the processes- You may have no proper documentation now, out of date documentation or that would not be document but only in the heads of few people. Our team will help to Identify the existing processes ( AS – IS Process) in business operations and financial functions of the organisation from the various sources available.

Review

Review and evaluate the ‘AS IS ’ operations and finance functions including the policies, procedures, and processes and identify the shortcoming of the existing system and the same will be documented

Redesign

The identified shortcoming and issues will be discussed with the management and stake holders in the organisation and the processes will be redesigned for the ‘TO BE’ state accordingly. Implementation support- Redesigned process manual will be documented and handed over to the management and we will support the implementation function and on-going review of the functions on need basis.
