We are looking for an Accounts cum Admin Manager to take responsibility for all aspects of Financial Management and administration at the organization. The candidate would be responsible to play a leading role in helping set up all the financial and administrative systems and proactively manage any complexities.
Finance Responsibilities :
Updating books of accounts of the entity on a weekly basis
Consolidating the books of accounts of the branches with Head office, and finalizing the financial statements for audit
Monthly Bank reconciliation statements
Billing of invoices to client
AR follow up
Accounting for expenses and ensuring that expenses are supported with proper bills and vouchers
Generating monthly management reports and such other analysis for the top management
Monthly payroll finalisation
Ensuring statutory compliances of the entity including GST returns, TDS, Advance tax etc
Admin Responsibilities :
Establish and implement internal controls, administrative systems, policies, and procedures to ensure day-to-day operational activities are efficient and effective in office
Enrolling for various empanelment and applying for various tenders
HR management
Job posting for vacancies and shortlisting candidates
Ensure registers are properly maintained and up to date
Implementation of proper systems for teams in out audit eg: arranging for travel and accommodation etc
Desired profile:
Articleship completed candidates or
MBA in Finance or HR
Proficiency in English Language is an added advantage

Time Management and Organizational Skills
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
Must have the ability to multi-task
